Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
4 hamburger buns
4 slices of cheddar cheese (optional)
1 cup crispy bacon bits
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
Pickles (optional, for topping)
Fresh lettuce (optional, for topping)
Instructions:
Prepare the Burger Patties:
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty.
Cook the Burgers:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
